Classmate forced – scandal at the elite school: justice received two videos

Date:

In one video, a boy is seen carrying a classmate; the second video is unusable due to poor lighting conditions. The Linz Public Prosecutor’s Office has now received two films that are to serve as evidence in the scandal surrounding a trip to Italy by students of the Aloisianum elite high school in Linz.

For decades, it has been a tradition for the students of the Catholic private high school Aloisianum in Linz to travel to Assisi (Italy), where they complete a cultural, spiritual project week. This year, the trip took place from May 12 to 17, but this time, as reported, it would not be very holy.

Dragged into the room
Seven boys allegedly dragged a classmate into a room in their hotel and forced her to give them a massage. The school management has filed a criminal complaint and five people are now being investigated. According to Florian Roitner of the Linz Public Prosecutor’s Office, the “working title” is deprivation of liberty, coercion and dangerous threats.

Massage required
The police have now received CCTV footage from Italy. The video camera was aimed at the outside area of the building. A film is said to show how the 15-year-old was taken on his shoulders against her will and carried by one of the boys. According to public prosecutor Roitner, the second recording could not or hardly be used due to the poor quality.
