Unemployment increased in August in Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa with 3,298 people, 3.05%, and there were 111,363 unemployed, according to data registered with the Basque Public Employment Service Lanbide.
The biggest increase in the past month was in Gipuzkoa (4.64%), followed by Bizkaia (2.84%) and then Álava (1.29%).
