Regular guests in the courtroom: two fake fifty-somethings and a very poor deer

Date:

A prisoner (21) with eight previous convictions is said to have paid with counterfeit money and slaughtered a wild animal together with an accomplice. During the trial in Eisenstadt, the southern Burgenlander denied the accusations.

The 21-year-old was handcuffed for trial at the regional court in Eisenstadt. The southern Burgenlander must serve 7 months in prison, previously 18 months for attempted extortion and theft and 4 months for bodily harm and damage to property. It cannot be ruled out that the eight-time convict will have to spend more time in prison.

Videos about producing counterfeit money on mobile phones
He is accused of knowingly paying with two counterfeit 50 euro notes at a petrol station and a pizzeria before his arrest. Not true, he says: “The videos about counterfeit money just came to my mobile via the internet. I certainly did not pay with flowers.” And the chat on his mobile in which he writes that he has no money, only counterfeit money? “It was a joke for an acquaintance.”

Stabbed a deer that was hit
The young man also drove a car without a license and with a Romanian (24) in the passenger seat and rammed a deer. He told the police that it was still alive. He recanted in court. The two put the animal in the trunk and drove to a forest. The Romanian stabbed the deer several times with a knife and tried to chop off its head. The Austrian filmed the gruesome scene and there is a lot of laughter. “If the deer was still alive, we wanted to put it out of its misery.”

The Romanian was acquitted and the trial against the 21-year-old will be extended. More witnesses will be called.

The presumption of innocence applies.
