This has been confirmed by the Al Manar television network, affiliated with the Lebanese Shiite militia party Hezbollah, against whom this new attack appears to be directed.
Lebanese authorities and Hezbollah have denounced Tuesday’s explosions as the work of Israel and have assured that there will be an answeralthough the Israeli government has yet to comment on the matter, as it has done on previous occasions regarding attacks in Syria, Iran and Lebanon itself.

“Islamic resistance fighters bombed Israeli enemy artillery bunkers Neve Ziv with a barrage of rockets,” Hezbollah, which carried out its latest action against Israel early Tuesday afternoon, announced in a statement.
The Shiite group has promised a corresponding response against the Zionist state, which has not yet happened.
The chain explosions came after Israeli authorities in recent days again sharpened their rhetoric against Lebanon and raised the possibility of launching an open war against the Shiite movement.
The sides have been locked in intense crossfire since October last year, in the worst clashes since the war they fought in 2006.
