In a press conference ahead of the Partners’ General Assembly, Elkargi’s president said, Joshua Sanchezand its CEO, Zenon Vazquezhave reported on the situation of this reciprocal guarantee company which concluded financing for businesses for €370 million in 2021, in addition to expanding the focus of financing to new recipients such as non-SMEs with up to 3,000 employees thanks to its agreement with the European Investment Bank already autonomous.
Sánchez pointed out that 55% of Elkargi’s funding last year was allocated to industry and services; 15% to trade; 12% to construction; 9% by culture; 6% to hotels, 2.5% to transportation and 1.5% to the primary sector.
