Osakidetza employees who meet the requirements can start the payment for your professional development corresponding to the extraordinary calls for 2019, 2020 and 2021 and the Ministry of Health will resolve the requests “as soon as possible”, always before the end of the year.

These extraordinary calls, whose application period is open until July 22will entail a disbursement of 318.4 million euros and will enable more than 27,000 employees of the Basque health service to receive economic bonuses for their professional careers.

On May 10, the Board of Directors approved a global credit extension charged on treasury balances worth 318.4 million to allow Osakidetza to launch these calls.

The next step in this process will take place next Friday the 24th with the publication in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country of the resolution setting out the requirements and procedure for submitting the request, which can be submitted via the intranet or the Osakidetza website between Monday, June 27 and July 22, reports the Ministry of Health.

Thereafter, the requests will be analyzed and the bonuses will be paid when the requirements are met, which vary according to whether it is a permanent employee with an ownership position, a permanent employee without a position or a person without permanent position but who has worked in the past five years. worked in Osakidetza for at least three years.
