Iran has announced a counter-offensive after the Israeli attack in the early hours of Saturday.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu assured this Sunday that the attack on Iran in the early hours of Saturday has damaged its defensive capabilities and its ability to develop missiles.
The attack was “precise and powerful and met all its objectives,” Israel’s prime minister confirmed. This is how Netanyahu spoke during his first public statements about the event, during a ceremony for Israeli soldiers killed in the war in Gaza.
Iran, for its part, has announced that it will launch a counter-offensive to the Israeli attack.
Saturday’s attack was in response to the Iranian launch of about 180 missiles in early October. This attack caused the death of four soldiers and damage to the Persian country’s radar system.
