An autopsy on the double murderer Altenfelden was carried out on Monday afternoon. But it doesn’t answer the question on everyone’s mind: When did Roland Drexler (56) really die?
“He died from a gunshot wound to the head, foul play has been ruled out. “But nothing was announced about the time of death,” said Ulrike Breiteneder, spokeswoman for the Linz public prosecutor’s office.
An autopsy was carried out on the body of Roland Drexler at the Salzburg forensic medicine department on Monday afternoon.
In such cases, the police present at the autopsy inform the judiciary about the result by telephone and ask them to release the body. Written autopsy results usually don’t come back for two months, Breiteneder says.
