No, Lydia Prenner-Kasper’s Damenspitzerl program has nothing to do with the increasing alcohol consumption among women. The Viennese comedian and trained social worker wants to show that you can deal better with worries and setbacks in life “if you rely on people who build you up mentally instead of on resources. Then you can experience feelings of happiness without feeling down,” says the 42-year-old.
