At the suggestion of management, work began some time ago to draw up the 2025 calendar, taking into account budget cuts, and today the plan was approved with the support of several trade unions. The main purpose of this decision, they say, is to preserve jobs. However, the changes will be striking: until now there were three shifts per day, next year this will be reduced to two nine-hour shifts.
Employees will start work on January 13 and the new calendar will apply on March 3.
