The goal was to lose ten kilos in 40 days – without starving. We show which ten rules he followed. Plus: A dietician gives tips for healthy weight loss.
The starting situation, after a few years of uncontrolled and often unhealthy eating: instead of a six-pack I have six fats, and instead of a washboard stomach I have a raccoon stomach. I have been eating far too uninhibitedly in recent years. The first impetus for tackling the ‘slimming’ project was a holiday experience: when I went through the baggage and security checks at the airport, the security guard only inspected my abdominal area with his hands.
