He became a fare evader and had to endure bad days without eating or drinking. Finally, cat “Lucky” is back home in Upper Austria and is being cared for again. The search for the owners started online and was successful. They live only ten kilometers from where they were found.
With the hangover “Lucky”, the name says it all. The four-legged friend got into a company car in Klam and traveled to Grein, ten kilometers away. The animal had to remain in the parked vehicle for a week. When the driver finally opened the door, the cat was able to escape, but immediately hid in the engine compartment.
“We were walking and heard a cat meowing loudly under the car. My daughter Summer managed to lure them out with food,” says Kristyna Koch.
Fatty and emaciated
At home, the oily cat was given water and food and then taken to the vet – unfortunately he was not microchipped. “I felt sorry for the cat and we wanted to try to find the owners on Facebook,” said the 29-year-old.
They contacted the animal lover the next day. The family has three daughters of their own and is desperately looking for “Lucky”. Now everyone is reunited.
