Amnesty International has classified the March airstrike on the Mariupol Theater as a war crime by Russian troops. According to the human rights organization, she spent more than three months collecting evidence and has now submitted a report. According to the report, Amnesty International has determined that at least 12 people were killed in the attack and “many others” were seriously injured.
