An unknown woman called on Sunday in the apartments of a Salzburg woman (79). The senior was involved in a conversation and pushed her apartment. In the meantime, a second perpetrator unnoticed the apartment and later escaped with valuable items. The police warns of such trick thefts.
While the 79-year-old was distracted by talking to the unknown woman, the second thief was able to search the apartment. He took two car keys, a hand cassa with cash and savings books.
The second perpetrator fled the bedroom window with the stolen goods. In the meantime, the accomplice ended a conversation with the 79-year-old and left the location, the police said. According to the two thieves, there is currently a search.
