Terrible find on Sunday morning in the Tyrolean Wildschönau: Pedestrians had discovered a lifeless man in a stream bed. Unfortunately, all the help for the local population came too late. The exact background is still unclear.

The fire brigade, ambulance, A&E doctor and police were alerted around 9.15 am. “Drowning accident waters” was the operational code of the control center of Tyrol. According to information from “Krone”, pedestrians found a lifeless man in the bed of the Wildenbach in the Niederau district and immediately raised the alarm.

Firefighters eventually rescued the man from the creek. But all help came too late. The emergency doctor could only determine death. As the “Krone” could discover, it would be a 46-year-old resident. A crisis intervention team takes care of the family.
