A Bundesher Recimate (19) dived in a glacier column on Wednesday during a ski -high tour in the Großvenediger in East Tyrol. The young man was held and recovered by members of the 13-person Bundesher group. He remained unharmed. Three soldiers, however, suffered slight freezing on the Tour.
The 13-person group performed a ski tour on the Großvenediger on Wednesday as part of an internship. Shortly after 4 p.m., De Reckruut fell into a glacier column when he left the Großvenediger on Schlatenkees. “The 19-year-old, however, was held and restored by other group members,” said the police.
