During the meeting, which started at 9:00 AM and ended at 12:00 PM, the management made some proposals to the workers, but in the offer didn’t rule out the night shift on Sundaywhich is a “red line” for unions.
The company has given the commission a Raise of 5% in 2022 and a fifteenth payment of 750 euros, although it maintains the sixth night of the week in its flexibility proposal.
Now the works council is meeting to analyze the management’s proposal and decide what to do about the strikes. At the moment there is a joint strike call for tomorrow at the factory and for Thursday and Friday there are strikes by the trade unions ELA, LAB and ESK.
