Researchers from the Homicide Commission found the identity of the owner of the Instagram account, who had posted the video. It is said that it is the 11-year-old who takes care of the office of children’s and youth welfare. According to the broadcaster “Kob4”, despite his young age, he would have been “noticed by criminal offenses from burglary to firearm use”.
