According to psychiatrists, he suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and urgently needs treatment – otherwise such a crazy act could happen again: In January, the patient stabbed a 62-year-old woman in front of the city of Arkaden with a kitchen knife, seriously injuring him . The woman survived only through emergency surgery.
Her attacker shows little sympathy: “That was just so that I could go to an institution and be cared for,” explains the person involved. But he doesn’t want to go there anymore: “I’m healthy and I don’t need any medicine.”
