An Afghan asylum seeker (24), who lives in the Trade Fair City, became a savior in Wels on Thursday. He saw the fall of a retired person (82) in the afternoon.
The 82-year-old walked past the Traun and took a break around 1:20 pm, for which she was sitting on her walker. But then he suddenly rolled away, so that the 82-year-old and her walking aid fell through a dike in the river.

After the 24-year-old hair had saved her from the Traun, the retired person was taken to the Wels Clinic for a check. According to the police, she was apparently unharmed.
The fire brigade also went outside: because the river is deep on the scene of the accident, the Florianis had to mount the walker out of the water.
