Brand alarm on Friday evening in the Tyrolean Unterland: in Kössen in the Kitzbühel district there was a meadow fire in the area of a wooden bridge. Because of witnesses, a 14-year-old man could be investigated as a suspect. This was also confident, but assured that he had left fire.
Around 8 p.m. the fire brigade and the police were warned about the fire in the area of the Staffen Bridge, which leads over the Greatach. There had been a larger meadow fire that spread on Dam Square.
The emergency services were able to control and extinguish the fire relatively quickly. It is said that young people have been responsible for the fire. “Because of the information from a witness, a group of possible suspects can then be investigated,” says the researchers.
Busche was announced
A 14-year-old German announced that he had lit a grass bush in the area there, but immediately resigned or removed. Two local girls of the same age had denied each participation.
The voluntary fire brigade of Kössen was used with three vehicles and 25 forces, the rescue and the police.
