Dramatic minutes from night on Sunday in Gleisdorf (Styria): in the village of Laßnitzthal a residential building went up, the two residents could leave the house just in time. 90 emergency services from different fire brigades were deployed.
Around 1:45 am the fire in the house with a family family in Laßnitzthal broke out, the flames immediately reached the entire house. Six surrounding fire brigades were used with 13 vehicles and around 90 emergency services for the extensive extinguishing work. The two residents of the house of 54 years and 61 were able to leave the house in time. They have probably had light flue gas poisoning and were taken to the LKH Graz by the Red Cross. A dog who lived there was also brought to safety and transferred to family members.
The cause of the fire is still unclear
How this fire came about is now the subject of ongoing investigations. District Brander researchers from the Weiz district police command were still on site at night. The other fire causes of fire are taken over by fire brigade investors from the Sty Criminal Police Office (LKA) Styria. The amount of damage is not yet determined, but must be considerable.
