UGT hopes to resume negotiations on the collective labor agreement “as soon as possible”

We hope it has the majority of the workers.” In this sense, he recalled that the factory in Vitoria-Gasteiz has grown over the past 20 years with agreements led by UGT.

Likewise, he denounces that there is a lack of foresight in the factory, which is why they demand that the flexibility requested by management be negotiated and financially compensated.
