After several hours of using the sexual services of a prostitute, a 33-year-old man demanded his money back in Wals-Siezenheim (Salzburg) on Friday morning, threatening to use a knife. When the 26-year-old handed him the wages of several thousand euros, the Romanian wanted extra money, according to the police.
The Spaniard spent the night with the 33-year-old first in a nightclub and then in his apartment. The suitor paid several times – he wanted them back after sex. During a physical altercation, the prostitute managed to take the knife from the man, who threatened her with an ax and hit her in the face with the ax handle.
The woman then informed the police with the help of a passer-by, who stopped the suspect at his home moments later. After the completion of the initial investigation, the prosecutor ordered the Romanian to be admitted to the Salzburg prison.
The woman suffered undisclosed injuries during the altercation.
