In Jöß (Leibnitz District in Styria), a regular bus and a tractor with a follower on Monday afternoon when the tractor ran. The right side of the school bus was badly damaged. The tractor driver and a student were somewhat injured in the accident.
On Monday afternoon there was a traffic accident between a mailbox and a tractor. The bus drove to Lang with 20 school children on the L602 of Leibnitz. A tractor of a 48-year-old rode for him. The bus driver started a catch -up maneuver and caught up with the tractor.
During the catch-up process, however, the tractor driver changed surprisingly left at the level of the municipal road “Klein-Jöss-road”. There was a collision between the vehicles, in which the 48-year-old tractor driver and a student were somewhat injured. The two injured were provided by the Red Cross. The driver of the tractor was taken to the LKH Wagna for safety. The bus driver and the other passengers have not been injured.
In addition to the Lang Fire Brigade, the Tillmitsch and Kainindorf fire brigade on the Sulm were also used. Due to the considerable damage to both vehicles, the storage room was only possible with high technical efforts. The assignment lasted approximately three hours.
