A 19-year-old man was killed in a tragic accident in Vienna-Neubau on Sunday evening. All he wanted to do was enjoy the view of the capital from a tall building.
After a night of partying, he and a 20-year-old sought a good view of the German capital. To do this, the two climbed over an external railing of a garage building. On the sixth floor, the 19-year-old suddenly lost his balance and fell into a light shaft, according to police.
20-year-old cried for help
The accident happened around 2 a.m. The young woman called for help in shock, a witness called emergency services, police spokesman Christopher Verhnjak reported. However, the emergency doctor could only determine the death of the 19-year-old.
