Next act in the case of abuse around 14-year-old Anna: as the “Krone” has learned, the public prosecutor of Vienna has accused other suspects against ten (!) Surviving boy-not legally effective. The allegations against the then 14 to 19-year-old young people weigh heavy: they would have sexually forced the girl in different places- among other things as a group in a hotel room.
The non -legally effective indictment describes the shocking allegations. The suspect, the group of ten member, would have forced the then twelve -year -old Anna between March and June 2023 in Vienna in various attacks on sexual intercourse and had violated their sexual self -determination.
Suspected young people deny
It is said that Anna said “no” several times, but according to the indictment she felt too intimidated because of the group size to resist the actions. At the age of 12 she was much inferior to the accused. She was afraid of the group. It is said that Anna has been abused several times – a hobby room, a hotel and various stairs are the crimes, according to the public prosecutor.
The accused, for whom the suspicion of innocence applies, denied the allegations – they stated that sexual intercourse was mutual agreement. Because they thought Anna was 14 years or older, the office of the public prosecutor lacks accusations of sexual abuse.
If the indictment becomes effective, this is the largest process in the disturbing cause. After the two Syrians, who were acquitted at the beginning of the year after the statement of rape, Anna’s ex-boyfriend was not legally sentenced to 15 months in prison at the end of March. In his case, the fact was about sexual abuse. It was he who got the business rolling by moving Anna to report the attacks by other young people.
According to the indictment, which the “Kroon” is present, a 17-year-old is mainly emphasized that Anna met her girlfriend in a park in Vienna-favorites in March 2023. It is said that he brought them to sexual acts in a staircase with the words “come on, just do it”. As a result, countless group attacks also took place, also in the room of his children, “where the victim repeatedly repeatedly repeated them in order not to want this, always met the requests for fear”.
