A man who was accused of urinating in a glass during a cruise successfully complained about his exclusion of the further journey. The Düsseldorf court decided that the organizer should not have referred the traveler without prior warning from the ship. The man now receives an extensive reimbursement.
The incident took place on a cruise ship in 2023, which drove from Mallorca along the Iberian coast. The plaintiff had been to the bar of the ship with two companions.
Men were no longer allowed on board
According to the crew and other guests, it is said that he has worked in a glass that is intended for peanuts and then put it on the table. A crew member later removed the glass and attached a clear urine towel. The man denied the allegations.
