After more than nine months, the indictment against the owner (40) of a former tavern in Schönau is completed in the Mühlkreis (Upper Austria). 16 residents and a guest were at risk. Although a right -wing extremist attack on the asylum accommodation was initially suspected, the focus was on the Hospita.
Apparently there is a Sünd ‘on the “Mühlviertler Alm”: in the night from 9 to 10 September a fire broke out in the former Gasthaus Oberndorfer Stub’m in Schönau im Mühlkreis. “When we arrived, the flames defeated the windows of the former dining room and two outbuildings were in full fire. Six asylum seekers were injured, they were admitted to hospitals with suspicion of flue gas poisoning,” the fire brigade commander Roman Pointer reported at the time.
A total of 16 asylum seekers and a guest were housed in the inn in 2023.
Probably no stop
In the 2000 residents’ community rumors, the rumor fast that the fire was “helped”. While representatives of the Spö and Greens feared for an extremist attack with right -wing law, the Hospita (40) increasingly became the focus of the researchers. Because of the surveys it turned out that there had been a total of three fire spots. But the suspect only turned out to be a stander – and that until today.
Designed Hansplady is quiet
