An 87-year-old in Vienna Penzing had to endure terrible moments on Friday morning. He was attacked, tied up and pinched by a stranger in front of his own door in the Ameisbach line. The perpetrator did not take too much.
The Viennese police must ensure the reduction of a brutal home invasion. This time, according to the “Krone” information, an 87-year-old senior was attacked at the front door for his parental home in the Penzinger Ameisbach line.
Jumped out of hiding and overwhelmed senior
Especially perfidious: the perpetrator may have entered the neighboring building and has long been hiding in the adjacent garden. On Friday morning, when the pensioner wanted to leave the house around nine in the morning, the attack then happened. The perpetrator jumped out of his hiding place, pushed the victim back to the house, hit and entered the defenseless senior.
Destroyed mobile phone to prevent help
The victim was then tied up, pinched and cheeky. The money bag filled with a few hundred euros was taken prisoner – otherwise the suspect should have found nothing, according to the current state of information, although he had searched the entire house. However, to prevent the victim from calling the police, the perpetrator destroyed his mobile phone.
Somehow the wounded 87-year-old managed to free himself from his tires and get help with a second mobile phone. He came to the hospital after a first aid with head injury and heavy shock, but apparently could leave that again.
