A 46-year-old alcoholic had acted against his girlfriend several times. The Ninefold Vorarlberger has now been sentenced to an unconditional prison sentence on the Feldkirch Constitution.
“If he is sober, he is a social person, dear and tender,” the now ex-girlfriend spread the accused roses. Sexual coercion in alcohol madness
The failed relationship escalated in December 2023 when he again visited the single educator at home. “He pressed me on the couch and wanted sex. When I moaned back, he intercepted me vodka. Then he pushed me a strongly calming means in my mouth. Eventually he pushed me so brutally that I opened my head on the radiator,” the torment described the incident. Completely dissolved, crying and barefoot, the woman saved herself through snow and ice cold. The Kwelgeest was then arrested.
Unacceptable
The defendant is only partially due in the process. He never pushed the woman or even slapped. And he only broke the terrace door because his girlfriend was not doing well. The alleged gender coercion has never existed. “I was too drunk there,” said the 46-year-old. Neither public prosecutor nor judges believe the man. For the defendant, however, the Court assumes that the Oberländer committed the actions in the entire frenzy and was therefore not compatible.
The process ends with a guilty judgment within the meaning of the indictment. The last judgment: twelve months of unconditional prison sentence. Moreover, there are five months after a punishment that was previously exposed to probation. The Mr. Rat has 500 euros to the victim.
