In the Tyroolean Stubai -Valley, nature demonstrated its strength in an impressive way on Thursday: on the north flank of the Wilden Freiger (3418 meters), a snowboard, which ran a waterfall almost 2000 meters lower.
The spectacular scenes took place on Thursday afternoon in the Achterste Stubai Valley. On the 3428 meter -high Wanten Freiger, which comes up in the most important Alpine Nok on the border between Austria and Italy, a huge avalanche was loosened directly below the top. A photo taken of the Bänkenalm shows the impressive cutting edge of the snowboard, which then thundered in the valley.

Moments later, the natural event below was noticeable: the Grawa waterfall, which is approximately. 1500 meters above sea level, swollen and the initially clear water turned brown.
