If you travel by car in France, you must be careful: fraudsters use the digital toll system to get the money from non -demoners. They spend the electronic toll service and send memories to drivers.
In particular, the fraudsters use the identity of Ulys, the electronic toll service of the Vinci Autoroutes Group Operator. The fraudsters send SMS or e -mails to the drivers, which claims that a remaining amount of the toll still has to be paid, as Ulys has announced.
There are no more toll stations in the so -called free power system in France. The signs of the cars are scanned electronically. Drivers must then pay within 72 hours for the trip on the ride – for example online.
Victims must click on the left
In the news of the fraudsters, the victims are asked to pay quickly – often under the threat of a punishment or an account lock. The drivers must click on a link to pay. However, the links lead to fake websites that are very similar to those of Ulys or Vinci. On these websites, drivers must then enter their bank details – who land directly with the fraudsters.

Under no circumstances should you answer fake messages and not click on the left, Ulys warned. The toll payment is also not made via Ulys or Vinci, but via the Sanef service or the aliae payment point.
Real e -mails from Ulys or Vinci always come from an e -mail address with one of the following endings:

- @vinci-autoroutes.com
- @services.ulys.com
- @clients.ulys.com
- @contact.ulys.com
- @e-mail.vinci-autoroutes.com
- @e.ulys.vinci-autoroutes.com
- @survey.vinci-autoroutes.com
Everyone who gets SMS who supposedly comes from Ulys or Vinci must pay attention to which number they have been sent. Real SMS are only sent by the short dial 36035 or the identification Vinci – not from private -mobile telephone numbers that start with 06 or 07.
