Shortly before a right curve, the motorcycle was at the same height with the small truck when a car suddenly appeared on the oncoming row. The motorcyclist then touched the driver of the driver of the driver, lost control of his vehicle and got into Skid.

Instead of following the curve, the motorcycle shot out straight. “It broke through a fence of the chain link, flew about ten meters through the air and landed in a slope,” the police described the accident. Previously, the motorcycle and steering wheel were hunted by a deep filter pool about three meters deep for surface waters covered with stones.

The Wachtenkapelle Steinfeld was on the way to the regional marching in Weißbriach when they had to see the accident up close: “We were on the road with our private car in a snake, the motorcyclist was immediately noticed,” says chairman Viktor Lindner in an interview with the “Krone”.

“It looked bad, the man flew ten meters through the air. In reality, the man was lucky with accident.” Because among the musicians who all stopped immediately – there was also a doctor who – dressed in traditional costume – immediately hurried to the accident in the trench: “The man was still conscious, but had been seriously injured – really dramatic,” Lindner is still shocked. The chairman consciously kept the younger chapel members on the distance: “That was already stressful for us.”
