A young woman fell on Saturday in the Danube near Coreleuburg. Pasters heard by calls and warned the emergency services. Several fire brigade boats were looking for the missing person.
The woman may have been a swimming with friends in the roll spring boat near Coreleuburg or Klosterneuburg. The emergency call of the passers -by -then went in 5:45 PM. “Then there must have been an incident,” the spokesperson for the Brigade Franz Reserger told ORF. “Pasters were aware of the woman’s calls for help. She was no longer seen.”
There were ten fire brigade boats. According to the “Krone” information, the search query is now over. At sunrise, however, the water wanted to comb with different fire brigade boats, said Reserger.
The Brandbrigades Kritzendorf, Klosterneuburg, Lang Enzersdorf, Höflein on the Danube and Kornburg were involved in the operation. In addition, the Rescue Helicopter Christophorus 9, a police helicopter, the Water Rescue Tulln and divers from the Vienna Professional Fire Brigade were used.
