At a popular music festival in France, more than 100 women were engraved with mysterious syringes. What was in the spraying is still unclear. In the meantime, various suspects have been arrested.
Nationally, 145 women would have filed a complaint, 21 of them in Paris, because they were put with a syringe on the Fête de la Musique, the Ministry of the Interior said. Twelve suspects were arrested. Before that there were apparently calls on social media to attack and stitch women, according to the ministry.
Some victims were admitted to hospitals and toxicological examinations were carried out. In the beginning nothing was known about the results. So what was in the spraying is still unclear.
Victims complained about malaise
As the newspaper “Le Parisien” reported, some of the affected about malaise complained. In Angoulême in West -Frankrijk, four suspects were arrested who reportedly stabbed around 50 people with syringes, the newspaper reported about police information.
