Hot midsummer is up
This year the sleeping mouse on the Alpine order is still somewhat moody with steady showers, but the high pressure takes the high pressure again during the weekend. “The trend to change the month indicates hot and usually dry weather -this would confirm the meteorological singularity of the long -term model forecasts for an above -average midsummer,” said the meteor lodge.

Tips for surviving warmth
At temperatures of approximately 30 degrees, as expected in the coming days, the body needs relaxation and cooling. The older generation in particular often influences the heat, and that is why there are useful tips that achieve a quick effect.

On hot days, the water requirement increases to at least two liters a day. Moreover, it must be carefully cared for for easily digestible food in the diet, because heavy and greasy food also contains the body. In order not to burden the circulation unnecessarily and to keep the loss of liquid low, it is important to prevent direct sunlight if possible.

Longer stays must be avoided outside the home and sports activities must be performed in the morning or evening hours.
