A two-year-old girl hit the head in the field of a children’s playground in Vienna-Lies on Tuesday evening through an iron gate with a weight of about 30 kilograms and was seriously injured. The child was flown to the hospital.
Various teams, including the Rescue Helicopter “Christophorus 9”, were called to the scene of the accident in Steinergasse. The girl responded, but had serious head injury. The two -year -old -Werd took care of and flown to a clinic. There was no danger to life.
The police started investigating
On the playground there is a fermented area for toddlers with an iron door, police spokeswoman Julia Schick reported. According to witnesses, it is said that the two -year -old girl climbed the door. For currently unknown reasons, this was separate from the anchorage and fell on the girl.
