In a taxi through the Alps – in the luggage: vodka, sleeping pills and lots of money. What sounds like a crime thriller is a tragic emotional journey through the crushed relationship of a mother to her son: the piece “Eurotrash” – the leading roles play Petra Morzé and Benedikt Steiner – had his premiere in the Gmunden City Theatre and production comes to Linz in the fall.
The son sits on a Swiss mountain, in climate change, a lot of sand, crumbly and vulnerable such as the mother’s memories. So far he voluntarily visited the misery of the alcoholic every two months, but then she called him. He starts telling about a final journey together and the desperate attempt to save her relationship, her common story.
