Urkullu stressed that the cooperation between the Basque government and Repsol has been “rooted for many years” and recalled that they had recently participated in the start-up of the BH2C Basque hydrogen corridor and, on May 28, the foundation stone of the “decarbonization hub” in the port of Bilbao, with the collaboration of the Basque Energy Agency (EVE).
