First a brutal robbery in the Wienerberg recreational area, then the next coup with a stolen car, but in the end a youthful intensive perpetrator trio trio: a 14, a 17 and 19-year-old is now in custody!
Review: On June 1 at 11.30 am, the three alleged perpetrators hit the Wienerberg recreational area. They threatened a 20-year-old man with a knife and demanded his money, but he refused. For this he suffered violently: the victim suffered a nasal breach, a heavy concussion and countless bruises. With the last force, the wounded was on the street, where a driver chose the emergency call. A search was initially not successful.
A few weeks later the turning point came into a completely different criminal case: in the course of investigation into car theft and stealing, civil servants from the west of the Criminal Police Office of the state of Vienna discovered that a driver’s license was used for legitimacy when a stolen car was sold-that of the 20-year-old on July 1!
The 17-year-old recently caught
The police immediately followed this: on June 27 the 14-year-old Hungarian and the 19-year-old Austrian were arrested. The third suspect, a 17-year-old Romanian, is now imprisoned on Friday.
The trio is apparently not an empty leaf: according to the police, the three must be responsible for more than 100 burglary in vehicles. Numerous procedures run out against them.
Three young people are intensive perpetrators
The expression “intensive offenders” applies to the three young people because they “have at least five troops in police databases within a year” and because there is at least one “qualified” crime, the State Police said. The “qualified” crimes include all deliberate murders and all forms of physical injury, dangerous threats, coercion, theft, blackmail or resistance to state power, as well as all sex offenses and all crimes under the addictive law (SMG).
In cases of intensive perpetrators, votes can vote with the responsible security officer leading to the convening of a security police conference in which the police, the youth protection authorities and institutions of the area of youth care and schools are involved, was concluded.
