In France, two women were acquitted who had spread false rumors over the alleged transidentiality of Brigitte Macron. Now the presidential woman goes further against the two. Since 2017, the false information has always been distributed in online services.
They mainly shared circles of the government. Brigitte Macron had already brought a lawsuit in January 2022, her three children and her brother participated in the lawsuit.
In the case that is now being dealt with in court, two women in a YouTube video (2021) claimed that Brigitte Macron was a transvrouw. Macron’s brother Jean-Michel Trogneux has undergone gender conversion and from that moment called Brigitte. In the video that lasted a few hours, the women said they wanted to discover a “state lives”.
The court did not say why they were acquitted. Brigitte Macron and her brother have now called the Cassation Court, which is responsible for checking possible procedural errors in processes.
