Renewable energy projects will have “the same conditions”, but the procedure will be accelerated. “We will not relax or lower the level,” he said.
Tapia explained that the acceleration is allowed in the royal decree of measures to mitigate the effects of the war approved by the Congress of Deputies, adapted by the executive to the Basque reality.
