A wild party in a villa on Lake Wörthersee triggered a police action. The partygoers loudly disrupted a theater event.
The Theater am See of “Komödie 9020” in Maria Wörth is very popular in the second year, but the cooperation on the peninsula does not run smoothly.
Police kept calm
At the performance on Thursday, the organizers had to extend the intermission to walk in with the neighbors. Music from an ex-politician’s villa was really annoying. In the end, even the police had to go outside to keep the peace. However, due to the delay, the actors then faced accusations that the “noise” from the stage had lasted too long for a hotel.
Despite such incidents, the project in Maria Wörth will be continued for another year. None of the 25 performances fell into the water, and viewers were even brought on stage during a rain shower. Today is the last performance of “Wrong Day, Wrong Door”.
