The never ending story continues. Wolfgang Schwanke’s longtime landlady cleaned the entire apartment when he was on vacation to get rid of him as a tenant. That was a few months ago and he still hasn’t got his property back. Particularly bitter: all his documents are gone. Even an appeal to lawyers and the order of the court could not lead Edith K. to return all his property. “I’m sure she threw it away,” Schwanke says.
Need a lot of official channels
He then went to the police and filed a complaint. This is the only way he can reapply for his birth certificate and such. However, he never gets his school reports and important business documents back. Not even the authorities can do anything. Schwanke is all alone.
He doesn’t feel like going on vacation these days. Especially when you consider what he went through when he came back from his last trip…
