The Interim Union has pointed out that these consolidation processes not only “do not comply” with the Community directive and “contrary to” the doctrine of the CJEU, but have also become a “disguised EUA” in which “anything goes”.
The trade union of interim workers of the Basque government Interinok Taldea has for the Supreme Court of the Basque Country (TSJPV) the Basque government rules that support the design of public employment consolidation processes.
In a note made public this Thursday, Interinok Taldea informs that before the controversial administrative chamber of the TSPV, the call for the 2022 job offer, the general bases and the specific bases of the agencies convened last May, has canceled.
He assured that Interinok Taldea “as the Basque government progresses with its consolidation processes” corresponding sources before the courts”.
The Interim Union has pointed out that the Basque government’s consolidation processes not only “do not comply” with the Community directive and “are contrary” to the doctrine of the European Court of Justice (CJEU)but have become a “disguised ERE” in which “anything goes”.
has denounced “lack of transparency” in these processes and has criticized the fact that they are “open”, while “the ECJ doctrine indicates that they should be limited and only addressed to staff in a situation of temporary abuse”.
The Basque government, according to the interim group, “does not offer all places temporarily occupied”, but “only vacancies”leaving “more than 1,300 places out of the consolidation processes”.
Lehendakari @iurkullu, the consolidation processes are contrary to the spirit of Law 20/2021. Thus, the Basque government is the ONLY state administration that is NOT the first to deal with merit competition processes. #FijezaYaEsConstitucional pic.twitter.com/030XqiyVJY
