Amnesty International says Ukrainian military tactics endanger civilians

Four months of research

Among April and July, an AI team spent several weeks investigating Russian attacks in the Kharkiv, Donbas and Mykolaiv regions, inspecting the affected sites. It also interviewed survivors, witnesses and relatives of attack victims, and conducted remote detection and weapons analysis, the statement said. Satellite images were also analyzed to confirm some of these incidents.
