According to the police, an 81-year-old accident driver in Wörgl in Tyrol wanted to get away from the driver. The woman drove into a child (5) on a protective path near a shopping center on Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened around 4.30 pm. The 81-year-old was driving her car on the main road. Then she turned to the M4 mall. It happened: the car hit a 5-year-old who was just crossing the protection path with her mother.
However, according to police, the driver did not stop and continued on. She was then stopped by witnesses to the accident. According to the first information, the girl survived the accident with minor injuries. Still, she was admitted to Kufstein Hospital.
