This year and in 2023, companies can pay their employees up to 3,000 euros tax-free in the form of living expenses – M-TEC is taking advantage of this opportunity. The Pinsdorf-based heat pump and energy management solutions specialist introduced an electricity cost cap for lower-income workers.
22 employees are currently entitled
In concrete terms, this means: For employees (including new ones) with a gross monthly salary of up to 3000 euros, M-TEC will cover the additional costs for electricity over the next two years. 22 of the 59 employees are entitled to the support. Before 2023, they will each receive 1000 euros. Should the electricity become even more expensive, billing will be based on subsequent calculation in November 2023.
