The opportunities of IT jobs are promising and will be characterized by ongoing digitization and technological development. Today’s digital work has already changed many aspects of the traditional work environment, and these changes will intensify in the future.
An important feature of digital working is the increasing automation of tasks and processes. Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning will be able to handle repetitive and rule-based tasks, leading to greater efficiency and a shift of tasks to more complex and creative domains.
Together with SPAR, one of the largest employers in Austria with 600 people in IT alone, and other companies and experts, some key points are closely examined.
